I can't say enough good things about Mary who was there to help me from the beginning to find a home with my boyfriend at the time. We must of looked at about 20 houses until we found the ONE!! Mary made it so easy for me and who to talked to and what to do for what was needed from me. Once we closed, she gave us a housewarming gift which meant a lot to me!! I was sooo happy to finally get my first home!! Then after about 8 months my relationship was not working out and Mary was so patient to listen to my side and what I was dealing with at home with now my EX. She heard me laugh and upset and cry and showing her why I had to end it. Really shouldn't be her job to listen to us and our dramas but Mary did! It was some convincing and making sense of the situation that she had to work with my ex to let him know papers are now signed and the ending to this home is coming soon. Until the last day when the walk through was on Tuesday the day before Mary and my cousin Lisa came to the house that night after my ex moved most of his stuff out that morning, and they came over after 6pm and helped cleaned as I mowed the lawn that was up to my knees so we can have this home looking presentable for the new owners! So with that said Mary has done an outstanding job in my eyes!!! I always recommend her to others and I am so looking forward to working with her and the others once I am ready to get MY OWN HOME! sooner then later AGAIN!! Mary is an excellent realtor. Though she was the realtor on the landlord side (not our, buyer, side), she was great! The landlord lives out of state and was just finishing with the renovations through a contractor. However, not everything was put back/ away from the contractor and last last renters. She took it upon herself to help clean it up. So much was left in the garage and she, without complaints, took out a lot of things so we could move in quickly. I would recommend Mary. She is responsible, professional and super nice!
